Cleanse, tone, exfoliate to remove surface dead skin cells to brighten and renew, followed by a mask to suit your specific skin needs, (scalp, kneck and shoulder massage whilst mask works) hot towel to warm muscles, followed by facial massage to increase circulation and blood flow reducing appearance of fine lines, followed by serum and moisturiser.
